Current EMT-Basic certification (current out of state certs. will be accepted)
Current CPR for the Health Care Provider
High School Diploma or GED
Picture ID
Current One step TB Skin Test (within last 6 months)
Current Childhood Immunizations including Hepatitis B Vaccinations
Space is limited to the first 25 people with a paid deposit of $350.00.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the first day of class and receive a full refund less the $350.00 registration fee.
